Kevin Riley has over 20 years experience in private equity, international corporate finance and operational management. He has acted as a principal investor, an advisor to management teams seeking to acquire their businesses and as an owner operator. He is currently Executive Vice President of BKJR, an investment and consulting firm providing financial, operations and advisory services. Previously, he was the Managing Director of Royal Bank's $500 million merchant banking group. He has sat on a number of Boards of private companies. Mr. Riley holds his B.Commerce (Honours) from McMaster University and is a Chartered Accountant.
